The London Assembly are hosting a webinar to prepare businesses for the new trading rules that will be in effect from January 2021. ‘The End of the EU Transition Period – What does this mean for London Business’ webinar will take place on the 9th December 2020. The webinar will include presentations for the Law Firm Colman Coyle and the London Chamber of Commerce & Industry, discussing four key main areas: trade and tariff, employment of EU national, intellectual property and travelling to and from the UK. London Business hub are doing Covid-19 Business Help Series, the next planned three new webinars for the coming weeks on ‘Supercharge Your Sales’, ‘Financial Planning’ and ‘Social Media Advertising for SMEs’. As part of the wider London Business Hub’s programme, there are also some exciting initiatives currently live to support businesses:

  • Property Advice Service – to help SMEs find the right space and fully understand the costs associated with renting a property.  The next workshop takes place on 4th December 2020, 10.30am, it will focus on COVID-19’s impact on commercial spaces, helping businesses to understand their leases, rent negotiation & business rates.
